TV Alert: ABC Covers Uganda's Anti-Gay Fervor

Normally this is the sort of thing that goes in our daily Queerview TV Guide, but we got late notice that ABC will be airing a special investigation by reporter Dan Harris tonight, both on ABC World News with Diane Sawyer at 6:30pm EST, and with further coverage on Nightline at 11:30.

This is definitely something worth checking out, if only to see whether ABC's man on the story Dan Harris manages to expand on the great reporting already done by Rachel Maddow on this subject. ABC might be a bit late to the party in giving extensive coverage to Uganda's anti-gay bill, but the Disney-owned network certainly reaches a lot more viewers than does Maddow's MSNBC, so having them on the story is great.
