Following this assortment of carefully-selected news items, interested readers can find a refreshing pic of a hot man in underwear. Yes, we're serious.

  • BroadwayWorld.com was at the start of rehearsals for La Cage Aux Folles, and has pictures of the big, fancy books being handed out to all the stars. Most of the pictures are better than what I chose, but I liked the monkey on Harvey's phone. They also have a list of the Cagelles with an out actor or two.
  • The New York Times has a great review on The Tempermentals (and a nice shirtless picture of Michael Urie) and what it means to gay theater. h/t cufflinksandtie
  • The latest edition of False Witness: The Michele Bachman Story comic is available for purchase, and it's all about the gays. Even if you don't want to buy it, go look at the cover of the comic series of our Congress' craziest, most entertaining member.
  • The cast of Glee is returning to the stage for a tour over the summer. At the moment only seven dates have been announced, so buy not only tickets, buy plane tickets.
I'm guessing the stage is fancier than this.
  • In other Glee news, Jessalyn Gilsig (Terri Schuester) tells E! that we're about to find out that while Terri was evil, Matthew Morrison (Will Schuester) is a manwhore. I would like to remind executive producer Ryan Murphy: Pics, or it didn't happen.
  • I would like to note that something special happens on March 1 - exceedingly handsome men are born. When I was browsing the list this morning, this was just part of the hotties I noticed. I want to see them lick the icing off a single rainbow cupcake together.
Clockwise: Mark-Paul Gosselaar, George Eads, Javier Bardem, Jense Ackles, Russell Wong.
  • In Oscar news, Barbra will present at the ceremony, along with Kathy Bates and Charlize Theron. The preshow, Oscars Red Carpet...2010 will be co-hosted by Sherri Shepherd, Kathy Ireland, and Jess Cagle, the out editor of Entertainment Weekly.
  • Joe.My.God has Poly-Sci Model: The Musical! for your viewing, listening, and drooling pleasure.
  • Photographer Scott Pasfield has a project called "Gay America" which set out to photograph happy out men in their natural environments across America. 36 of the 100 photographs are online, and they tell a great story. h/t to netogeno
