• The best thing about the beginning of Dancing With the Stars tonight is out cutie Louis Van Amstel. That, and wondering what Bruno is going to say next.

• Danny Miller, who plays Emerdale's Aaron Livesy says he gets homophobic hate mail and mean-spirited remarks on the street about playing a gay character, but it's worth it for the weekly letters from people who say the character has helped them come to terms with their sexuality.

• A reported high school yearbook photo of RuPaul has popped up online, and much like his more recent pictures, the hairstyle doesn't fit in the frame.

• Can't wait for the new season of True Blood? HBO was released a teaser they call "Waiting Sucks."

• Out director Lee Daniels is set to helm a new HBO series with Amy Bloom about a multi-generational, multiracial family in Philadelphia. No casting information is available for the pilot.

• Last July in Wilton Manors, Florida, a chihuahua dressed in pink named Hudson Hayward Hemingway was stolen from a gay bar by a man with a Britney Spears tattoo. The suspected dognapper has been arrested in Pennsylvania and will now be extradited to Florida to face the music. Likely a Britney Spears dance remix.

• I keep torturing AfterElton.com editor Michael Jensen with news that something gay is going to happen with Twilight and he'll have to start covering it. Last week we learned that they wanted an Oscar winning director for the last movie, and out director Gus Van Sant was in the running. Today we find out Gus has the endorsement of stars Dakota Fanning and Kristen Stewart. Bwahahahah!

• Don't have Showtime, but you're dying to see Nurse Jackie and The United States of Tara? This coming weekend (March 25-28), Showtime All-Access will be unscrambled and free to the masses as a preview.

• GLAAD hosted a reception for Glee in Los Angeles. There are pictures of everyone, including Ryan Murphy, Chris Colfer, and Jonathan Groff.

• Adam Lambert is in Scotland. At least I assume he's in Scotland. Knowing Adam, he could be going grocery shopping in Toluca Lake, CA in this.

• Glam rockers Semi Precious Weapons and their frontman Justin Tranter sit down to talk to MTV about the glamorous lives they live on the road. Plus they manage to get into trouble at a "murder bar" in Las Vegas.
