AfterElton Briefs: Adam Lambert Wants Your Hot 100 Vote, "Glee" Births a Plots For a New Season, plus "Gay Vatos In Love"

A final RuPaul's Drag Race Untucked, Current TV tackles Uganda, Alexander Skarsgård is not a prude, Graham Norton's new job, and the Bouncy Ball Hoops Tournament controversy.

  • At the top you've got cutie Daniel Leary chatting with other celebrities like Adam Lambert and Dustin Lance Black reminding you to vote in the AfterElton.com Hot 100. Be impressed by Daniel's work, or Adam's command, but vote!
  • If you think you've read all there is to read about this season of RuPaul's Drag Race, then you either had the day off or didn't know about My Own Private Untucked, with quotes, interviews and behind-the-scenes photos that will keep you busy for hours.
  • Current TV brings us Bryan Safi and the laugh-out-loud-funny That's Gay, but they also do serious work in the Vanguard series. The investigation show goes behind the Ugandan "Kill the Gays" bill and the American evangelical influence with a special on May 26 at 10 pm, but we have a preview today.

  • E! talks to Glee's Quinn (Dianna Agron) about childbirth and dancing with a fake baby bump. She also dishes on upcoming romance for Mr. Schuester (Matthew Morrison) and takes us inside Sue Sylvester's (Jane Lynch) lair house.Check out a sneak peek for tonight's episode  below.

  • Also on Glee, we find out that Brittany (Heather Morris) and Santana (Naya Rivera) are poised to be upgraded from recurring to regular cast for Season Two. If Brittany can keep delivering lines about her cat reading her diary with a straight face, I'm onboard.
  • The Family Research Council has produced a video opposing the Employment Non-Discrimination Act which tries to frighten by importing fear from Canada's filthy, homosexual loving provinces. The opening and closing are so dramatic that I'm hoping The Colbert Report sees this and spoofs it. via Joe.My.God

  • True Blood may just give me the vapors this year with all the same-sex loving that's being promised. Speaking with People, Alexander Skarsgård (Eric Northman) says:
I'm not a prude at all. "I shot a very, very graphic scene two days ago with a man. I am from Sweden, and it's different there. If it makes sense, I'll just do it. And to me, so far, it's made sense every single time I've got naked or made out on the show.
  • Conservative screenwriter Andrew Klavin says that in Hollywood, Christians and conservatives "have to meet in secret" and "Talk in whispers." He then labels Hollywood liberals and anti-American without a touch of irony.
  • GLAAD alerts us to Los Angeles band Ozomatil and their new song "Gay Vatos In Love." Vocalist Ulises Bella tells Billboard, "It’s scandalous that we’re still at a point in society where we even question whether [gay people] deserve the same rights." Their classic "Can't Stop" is below for those unfamiliar with the band.

I really am and I get more and more excited every day. I know it’s going to bring up so much more great stuff with Kurt & Burt – I live for the father/son scenes. It’s so special. And I think there’s going to be a lot of good comedy stuff that’s going to come out of it as well, which is good because I feel like so much of what I’ve done has been dramatic. I want to stretch my comedy legs as well.
  • I'm complete aware of the irony of someone with my temper telling someone else to relax and laugh, but I think Outsports may be taking Jesse Tyler Ferguson's tweets about the "bouncy ball hoop tournament" far too seriously.
  • Finally, here's the briefest peek at the new video for Christina Aguilera's new music video "Not Myself Tonight" which premieres Friday.

And today's Briefs are brought to you by...
