- Last night in a musical number on The Simpsons: Treehouse of Horror XX, Homer came out as gay for a fantasy sequence. Like most modern musical acts, I was more interested in the backup dancers.
- I know we've never mentioned a little show called Glee before, but Jonathan Groff, Lea Michele's Spring Awakening costar, is joining the series for five or six episodes. "He is a male diva...a miva" says Ryan Murphy.

- The slightly taller-than-normal Smurf Michael Ausiello reports that Joss Whedon, the man behind both Buffy the Vampire Slayer's "Once More With Feeling" musical episode, and Dr. Horrible's Sing-A-Long Blog will direct an episode of Glee.
- Above, you can see Leighton Meester (Blair Waldorf) tease tonight's big gay kiss on Gossip Girl, and sadly, it is not tied into the upcoming three-way.

Just to clarify,
Joss Whedon was the creator, executive producer and show runner for all of Buffy, not just the musical episode.
In any case, I'm extremely excited about seeing him direct Glee!

I love Glee, and all its' characters (yes, even Sandy). That having been said, Joss Whedon can kill of whoever he damn well pleases. We could lose Kurt, Sue and Emma in one fell swoop, and even though part of my soul would cry in anguish, it would be drowned out by the rest of me screaming "YES JOSS! YES! WHEDON IS MY MASTER NOW! GRACE ME WITH YOUR MIGHTY GINGER OFFSPRING!"

Theater Actors on TV
I have to say that I love seeing more Theatre Actors showing up on TV.
I've been a Freelance Stage Manager for the past number of years and there are some amazingly talented (and HOT) actors that so few people have seen because they perform live every day.
I love the visibility coming, and the newfound appreciation for the tacky musical. (i must love it, its paid the bills for the past six years) but what I love the most is that its so easy to be openly gay.

Not really a fan of Lance Bass, but when I compared his pick to that of 'This Guy,' there was simply no contest. Hot boxer-guy-with-chisseled-chest trumps 'This Guy.'

I saw Adam's photos from the upcoming Details mag. They are definitely racy; he is a trooper and he looks amazing in them.
I've already seen a few comments online about how it is 'pretentious of him to be posing with a nude female'. Whatever. He is proudly out and posing with a chick in one magazine does not threaten his gay. lol. In fact, I am not opposed to seeing a happily gay dude become a sex symbol for both women and men.
Btw - Hurray for Toronto & WorldPride 2014. I'll be there!
