The Afternoon Meme: We "Get Stupid", Cyndi and GaGa Do Good, Gavin Creel Smolders, Smart Cats, and Breakdancing Kids

As we told you back in November, Cyndi Lauper and Lady GaGa are teaming up with MAC Viva Glam cosmetics with two custom color lipsticks to raise money for AIDS awareness in women. They appeared together on Good Morning America today to formally launch the campaign, and my inner fanboy wasn't the only one going SQUEE! George Stephanopoulos tripped over himself gushing about Lady GaGa. George, you had a living legend on that stage, and you gushed at the legend-to-be.

/> I found an extended version of the promo for Modern Family tonight, and sadly, it's Phil-heavy. Still, it's fairly racy for network television. Enjoy what television you can this week, because come Friday, it's Winter Olympics or reruns for two weeks.

Josh Robert Thompson is a voice actor. He's appeared on Howard Stern, and I'm guessing this video is an attempt to get more work. His four impressions are great, but the Morgan Freeman blew my mind. You can literally listen to Morgan Freeman talk about anything and be mesmerized.

On his show last night, Jimmy Fallon welcomed Latrell and Marquis Green, the break dancing Spider-Man and Batman sensations. Jimmy obviously doesn't have kids, because he doesn't know you're supposed to let them win, not upstage them on national television.

Dennis alerted me to this video of Gavin Creel talking about something. I'm really not sure what. I was too busy drooling. He's seriously hot, and his activism just multiplies the heat. I recommend watching it with the monitor off first so you get the message, then you can go back and stare at him.

Our friends at Broadway Speaks Out sent over this interview with RuPaul's Drag Race Season One winner Bebe Zahara Benet. I apologize for the sound quality, but there's some good stuff in there.

Diesel has been running their Be Stupid advertising campaign, and have been taking a lot of heat for it. I've shown some of the print ads before, but this video explains what they mean. Honestly, it's profound. This is the type of thought that got us to the moon, and we could use some of this particular brand of Stupid in the world right now.

I'm not sure when this event happened, but the clip just went up from the British talk show explaining the differences in our cultures.

With Valentine's Day coming up, TheOnion.com wants to cater to an underserved market - cat people. Has the spark gone out of your relationship with the feline who lives in the same home as you? Here are some tips for rekindling the kitten magic.

This cat doesn't realize there's a camera and accidentally reveals just how smart cats are. It's not the evil in cats that really scares me, it's the fact that I'm afraid they're actually smarter than us.

CollegeHumor.com examines what would actually happen in Back To The Future when Marty's mom makes a move on him. This is why they're always telling you not to mess with time travel.

Ellen DeGeneres started her American Idol judging last night. I'll be honest, I didn't love it, but maybe once we're out of Hollywood week. It really seemed like of 42 minutes of tape last night, 34 minutes of it was Ryan Seacrest doing voiceovers, and I really don't care about that. But before it aired, Ellen sat down with Extra to talk about the dynamic on the set.

And since I brought it up, what did you think of Ellen?
