Daihatsu tries to draw gay customers with beefcake

Car maker Daihatsu has a site aimed at gay German customers that certainly makes for a fun diversion. From what I can figure out via Google's German-to-English translator, the site has a "be yourself" message — which, apparently, will attract a hot guy dressed as a cowboy, airman or baseball player to your car.

The fun part of the site comes in the "Itr Trevis-Typ" section where you can get the cowboy, pilot and baseball player to do a little dance, give you a steamy glance close up or... uhm, strike a pose?

I'm not sure how this is supposed to make me want to buy a certain car, but I'm not complaining.

I do think AfterElton.com could use a loading animation like this site's shirtless, dancing cowboy. I wouldn't mind watching him as I wait for comments to load.

That just may be the greatest loading animation ever. Check it out for yourself.
