So far, I haven't had a chance to check out ABC Family's David Cassidy-starring sitcom, but I've been hearing that the Rockits' bass player (who Ruby has a crush on) is gay. Is there more to the storyline than the lead going after a guy who she doesn't realize is unavailable to her?

Well, on one hand, it's nice to see that Gary 's presence goes beyond making sharp comments from the sidelines but he's also so infuriating to watch. The infuriating should continue as the drama over Gary's move from reception to sales continues this week. That said, I am a bit mesmerized by watching Diane's failing attempts to emote and that should come up again when Ronnie tries to help repair Diane's work relationship with Natasha and Shannyn.
