Bravo debuts a new culinary reality show tonight with Chef Academy, which follows Chef Jean-Christophe Novelli as he tests his plan for a culinary academy with nine aspiring chefs. His students include out personal chef Leonard and Jean-Cristophe's assistant Joel is also gay.
