Queerview television guide: September 2

Fox is giving you two chances to rewatch the pilot of Glee this week and, with that, two ways to add to the experience. Tonight's rerun is a "director's cut" which will feature extra scenes while Friday's episode is a "tweet-peat" which will be added by stars discussing the pilot on twitter. (More details on that will appear in the weekend Queerview.)

And later tonight, Top Chef puts the cheftestants in the orbit of another gay issue.

Okay, I'm not sure how much extra footage can be with only two minutes added to the show's time slot but the show's website makes mention of all-new songs as part of the deleted footage. If that means more of that perky version of "Rehab" I'll probably be happy.

Crash Course (ABC) 9:00 PM EDT
ABC's new stunt competition show -- think Wipeout meets Top Gear -- gets a little bit gay tonight as one of the competitors is "Diva Crush" which includes drag performer Scott Presley and his neighbor Vivicca.

Top Chef (Bravo) 10:00 PM EDT
Okay, are they trying to give Ashley another chance to bring up gay issues? Last week, the chefs had to help a couple celebrate their impending marriage, an institution team gay aren't allowed to participate in -- and now this week, they'll be cooking for the air force elite team Thunderbirds.
