Queerview television guide: September 21

TV's new power couple returns tonight when Barrobin struggle to figure out where to take things after the way things ended last season in tonight's How I Met Your Mother premiere.

But first, daytime TV gets a double-feature of Kathy Griffin as she talks with both Rachael Ray and Tyra Banks today.

Kathy Griffin continues her invasion of daytime TV as she visits both Rachael and Tyra today. With La Ray, Kathy defends her reputation for cheapness by proving that she can eat well in various destinations on 39 dollars a day. Meanwhile, Kathy's chats with Tyra are usually lively but this time a game of "Who'd you rather?" promises some extra craziness.

Out funnyman Jack Plotnick has a small part in tonight's two-hour season-premiere.

Greek (ABC Family) 9:00 PM EDT

CSI: Miami (CBS) 10:00 PM EDT
Future vampire king and Tony winner Dennis O'Hare (Take Me Out) wraps up tonight's double-feature of out guest-stars on procedural dramas.

The Jay Leno Show (NBC) 10:00 PM EDT
Barney Frank is the guest for the "10 @ 10" segment, where Jay asks a guest a mix of questions... anyone want to predict that there will be a question about Rep. Frank's dining room table?

Tyra talks with a man who claims he had the gay exorcised out of him -- yes, he of the infamous YouTube video -- and is now totally heterosexual. This, to say the least, could be intresting.

Gay exorcised out of him - Tyra Banks & Guiding Light

Thanks for the post, I think I missed the show of Tyra Banks that talks with a man who claims he had the gay exorcised out of him -- yes, he of the infamous YouTube video -- and is now totally heterosexual. Well good thing we don’t need short term loan just to this interesting exorcised gay story. Anyway in case you didn’t know the last Friday, September 18th, 2009 – the Guiding Light final episode is shown. .  The soap opera is no more.  It will cease to be.  Guiding Light is an institution among the melodramatic programs, long derided by an irresolute and misanthropic segment, but still beloved by many.  It was created by Irna Phillips, and debuted on NBC Radio in 1937, transferred to CBS Radio in 1947, and by 1952, began life anew on CBS television
