Boone wasn't gay, Davis from The Real World, Cheyenne Jackson, and more
But after listening to the podcast, I hope Lost doesn't add a gay character. Here are Cuse and Lindelof's reaction to a viewer's question about a gay character. BTW, I can't tell them apart so will just call them EP1 and EP2: EP1: Did we say there was a gay character? EP2: I think somewhere on the interview we said at one point there might be a gay character. EP1: The gay character might appear in the Nikki and Paulo episode. EP2: I wouldn't hold your breath looking for the gay character. It's not like the gay character comes out and says, "Hey, I'm gay." EP1: Why would you waste your time looking for the gay character when you've got Nikki and Paulo and Boone and Shannon to look at? Stupid me thinking it would be nice if a show as diverse as Lost added a gay character. I guess I should just be happy looking at the straight characters! Lucky me. FYI, Cuse and Lindelof, gay fans of the show weren't looking for the character to come out waving a rainbow flag, singing "Over the Rainbow", while wearing a t-shirt emblazoned with "We're here. We're queer. Get used to it." No, us silly 'mos thought it might come up in just the same way that Sawyer's, Kate's, Locke's and everyone else's heterosexuality has been presented--as plot development and simply one facet of who they are. Oy. RealityBlurred reports today that Davis of The Real World got punched in the face during the first episode of Inferno 3 by fellow cast member CT. Hmm, can't say it's a surprise Davis got punched by anybody given how crazy The Real World and Road Rules get. At least no one involved used the "N" word or the "F" word and CT promptly got sent home for the assault. And I swear I'll never write about Inferno 3 again. I mentioned last week that Cheyenne Jackson was set to perform at Birdland and he did so. In attendance were Cheyenne-wannabes aka the guys who lost on Grease: You're the One That I Want. Here is a pic of Cheyenne with all the guys (but Max, the winner, who had other things to do).
And one with Chad Doreck who, I believe, came in third
And courtesy of Towleroad comes this photo baseball superstar A-Rod getting a rub-down courtesy of The David Letterman Show. These are very interesting times in which we live!
Honestly, doesn't this look like a still from a Daddy/Son fetish video! Submitted by on Wed, 2007-04-11 18:02. |

Re: Boone
haha @ Davis...........
No Offense, but Davis is an assshooole. i am glad he gets punched. i don't know if anybody watches the real world, but he is the person who talks wayyyy too much and does not know when to stop. he'll say anything about anybody and when they get offended, he just sits back and has no idea why they're hurt or whatnot. such an ass.
ok, i now think everyone knows how i feel about him. haha ;-)
Lost
Agreed
As for Boone I was pissed off now I'm over it, but they still should have a gay charector it just makes sense unlike some of the show...
