This week we launched voting in our 4th Annual Hot 100 poll which lets the gay and bisexual male readers of AfterElton.com declare who they think the hottest men in the world are. Just as in year's past, we've asked some past Hot 100 honorees and other AfterElton faves to tell us who they think the hottest men on the planet are and one or two of the reasons for their choices.

Yesterday, retired NBA player John Amaechi shared their choices and today we have last year's #7 man, Broadway star Cheyenne Jackson who also shares a little about why he chose each man!

1) Alexander Skarsgard. Saw him in the gym locker room in WeHo ... Holy wet towel, Batman!

2) Mark Sanchez. New York Jet's QB, dayum!

3) Mike Woods. New York Fox anchor and one of my drinking buddies.

4) Liev Schreiber. Best actor in NYC, end of story.

5) Matt Morris. MAJOR TALENT CRUSH, DOWNLOAD "BLOODLINE" ASAP!

6) Lee Pace. Met him briefly at Promises, Promises.

7) James Mcavoy. Mischievious!

8) Zac Posen. I see him around the 'hood and is absolutely adorable

9) Sebastian Junger. I used to stare at the back cover of  The Perfect Storm
