Exclusive pictures from "Were the World Mine"
Were the World Mine is an independent film by director Tom Gustafson that embraces musical and fantasy elements as it tells the story of Timothy, a gay teenage student who frequently daydreams to escape life at his less than tolerant all boy's school. But things change for Timothy (Tanner Cohen) when he is cast as Puck in A Midsummer Night's Dream and discovers a potion that turns his small-minded town gay — including the jock on whom he's crushing. Naturally, things don't quite as Timothy hoped. The movie is scheduled to open in November, and after the jump you'll find more exclusive pictures!

Saw this at the Portland Gay Film Fest a few Saturdays ago
It's probably the most gorgeous gay-themed film since "Lillies" in terms of visual style. Scriptwise it has some mushy spots, and on the one hand might have made more sense and been cleaner if it'd been dumber and more obvious (a la "Get Over It" or "Secret Admirer"). However, there's something truly magical and brave about this when it's going full-tilt. Future cult status is assured. Actors are gorgeous and appropriately moony and romantic in their roles.
Agreed

For some reason Tanner Cohen wore a mohawk haircut to the Outfest premiere but he can be quite attractive as you will see here in a short film he did early in his career called TANNER COHEN IS FAMOUS.
