German TV More Fun — and Sexy — Than U.S. TV
Here's something you won't see on ABC, CBS, NBC or Fox anytime soon! These pics are from a German television show called Das Supertalent, which is Germany's version of America's Got Talent. I don't speak German, but if I'm not mistaken the four young men in the photo go by the name Kanton Puten and this is from their performance in the show's second semi-final.
Hmm, I don't think we'll be seeing them perform on ABC anytime soon! I can only imagine what they did if they made it the finals! If any of our German readers happen to know, feel free to share. Oh, and here are pics from two other ... interesting looking competitors.
Just a little something to brighten a dreary November weekend morning. No need to thank me! Submitted by on Sun, 2009-12-06 09:22. |

KANTONPUTEN
Well, I don't watch it so I had to look it up. If I got it right, they are out of the competition since yesterday.
To be honest, I think they are pretty bad:

And I hate that one jury dude - Dieter Bohlen!!! Simon Cowell is an angel next to him and Simon has a brain, whereas Dieter.... eeeeew!
Just my opinion.
oh dear me... I've found
oh dear me...
I've found another link with videos for all of the pics above but can't guarantee that it will work for people outside of germany:
Link to rtl
more sexy? more fun? *cough* there's a guy (he seems to be english actually, so you'll understand him) in a green costume who farts classical music... (I didn't dare to watch that past his introduction :D )
Similar dance from Swedish tv
Perhaps this have been featured here before, but it's worth seeing twice...
Sweden got talent
Yep
German TV sucks.
At least the vast majority. Trust me on this, I have been watching for 23 years. ;)

Hmmmmm.
Nudity in Germany means nothing
People here are really open minded. They have nude areas in parks next to family areas, you can even see families in the nude areas, and the same is on TV. A year ago a watched a program called Galileo who shows documentaries on anything from how are the best sausages in Germany done to people's reaction to naked people. And for that last piece they actually hired a male and a female models and had them walk down the street naked on a bussy day in the middle of the city. And they didn't pixelated it or anything, and the show was broadcast around 7pm. The thing that actually impressed me was that no one was looking at them. Germans really think it's really natural to be naked.
