It's the BEST.GAY.WEEK.EVER MAY 4!This week's BEST.GAY.WEEK.EVER! buzzes all over the place from Coachella, CA to Broadway's Eugene O'Neill Theater to twenty years ago when Bob Hope was the 80's version of Isaiah Washington. (Kinda sad, actually.) I got lots of pictures of gay, bi, and maybe gay (or bi) boys from the Coachella Music Festival which looks like it was great fun. I also give kudos to Barbara Walters for using her star power to shed light on the issues faced by transgendered kids. I'm talking like six year old transgendered kids. Rosie did something similar for teenagers when she hosted a discussion panel in New York for teens that consisted of teens starring in the smash hit Broadway musical Spring Awakenings and from The N's Degrassi: The Next Generation. Not only did it address gay issues, but out actor Gideon Glick was one of those on the panel. Are you looking for a special deal on stupidity? Why you're in luck as the American Not that I'm bitter or anything. Now that's off my chest, I thought I'd share some just released pics from "Matriarchy", the season finale for Brothers & Sisters. Got a couple of nice ones of Jason McCallister (Eric Winter), Kevin's (Matthew Rhys) latest love interest. Haven't seen enough of Eric to know if he's a good fit for Kevin or the show, but he's might purty to look at!
Hmm, doesn't look like their whispering sweet nothings to each other. That's not good.
Work that stubble, Baby!
What are you doing still here? It's nice outside! Go enjoy the weekend! (But come back Sunday night in case I plant one on Kevin!) Or check out our recap of last week's episode! Submitted by on Fri, 2007-05-04 21:52. |

Re: Jason & Kevin
Jason & Kevin
If I think this is right, this may be near the end of the episode pictures.

HOT! Thanks for the pics. I

Do people like the characters?
I Like Kevin
And one reason I like him because he comes across as a real person. He's a basically decent sort, but has flaws that cause him a lot of problems and heartache. And don't we all know people like that? They're are family and friends and sometimes our boyfriends. They drive us crazy, but we love them anyway.

I Must've Misunderstood....
.... the blog here because I had the impression that Jason was in this week's episode. He wasn't, not that I wouldn't have not watched anyway.
It was pretty good, not one of the best, but pretty good. The thing about this show is that even when I don't love everything going on, there's always small moments or scenes or bits of dialouge that make the show watchable.
I do wish the truth about Rebecca would come out (though I *loved* Holly's warning that Nora didn't want Rebecca living in her house, I can only hope Nora picked up on it) if only to take some of the heat of Joe. I'm really hoping they work it out. Am I the only one who thinks Joe is smoking hot?
I'm glad this is the last we'll see of Peter Coyote. I'm sure the writers are already working on a new relationship for Nora next season. I did like the 'breakup' scene with he and Nora.
With the families' penchant to start drinking at most every occasion (and how they brag about getting drunk), I can't believe Justin is the only addict in the family.
Looking forward to next week, even if Tommy (who is boring no matter what he is doing) is at the forefront.

Kevin and Jason
I hope Eric Winter sticks around, although I have heard he did a pilot for another show. I don't know if the pilot has aired yet or if the show has been picked up for a full season, but if the show gets picked up then I suspect it's an early exit for Winter from this pending Kevin Jason hookup.
"With the families' penchant to start drinking at most every occasion (and how they brag about getting drunk), I can't believe Justin is the only addict in the family."
So true Anthony, all the family members were practically legless last night, and Kitty almost had alcohol blood posioning. In past eps all members of the Walker family except Tommy have had a couple of drunk episodes. It really makes you wonder about that alcholic gene many believe exists.
I thought last night's episode was really good, but the only part I didn't like too much was the food fight between Holly and Nora, it just came off as rather cheesy to me. Kudos to Racheal Griffiths for her great acting skills. She was superb on Six Feet Under and continues that trend here on Brothers And Sisters.
