So much for respect for the dead or a modicum of decency. Think Progress has the audio of Fox radio's John Gibson mocking Heath Ledger's death and making all sorts of suppositions about what killed him. He plays clips from Brokeback Mountain where Ennis worries about dying and then wonders if Heath just lost money in the stock market. Classy fellow, no?
