Two Gay Guys Chewing the Fat: Can Brent Meet Ellen Greene?Well, gents and friends of gay-gents, this marks our final post of the week. We're closing up shop just a little bit early as I'm heading out-of-town on an actual vacation! But before I go, allow me to present you the latest edition of Brent and Michael's vlog Two Gay Guys.
This week Brent and I chat about our recent adventures at the ABC Party which capped my first exciting Television Critics Press Tour. I was able to finagle Brent an invite to ABC's big shindig whereupon he proceeded on his quest to meet Ellen Greene. If you don't know who that is then you don't qualify for the platinum membership in the Gay Boy Club of America. I only qualified because I live with Brent and have been hearing about Ellen since, oh, our first date. If you don't know who she is, you will after the video. Trust me.

Do tell Brent
Brent and Michael:
Ellen and her composer husband often perform at the Whitefire Theater in North Hollywood and I first heard her in the good old days of Reno Sweeney in Greenwich village when I was a newly minted gay boy long before Little Shop of Horrors. She did a very 20's Berlin Cabaret show ala Marlene Deitrich with top hat, tuxedo, and fishnets. She is always fabulous, I tried for years to get her cast as Libby Holman in a bio pic of the troubled torch singer.
Hope you got to meet her, she is such a nice person.

...that the "h" is silent in Gorham, Brent. Just saying. (you yankee!) And for heaven's sake, slow down that kiss, someone is gonna get a broken nose...
