"Hollyoaks" video clip update: Games people play

It's time to play catch-up with our favorite teasing trio of Ravi, Kris, and Whats-er-name on Hollyoaks. Maybe this should be called "Games Kris Plays", because it's all about him playing both sides of the field.

Some random thoughts about this clip:

1. Am I the only one who won't be satisfied unless this turns into a slapstick farce ala Micki + Maude, with Kris running from his wedding to Ravi, to the birthing room of Nancy, who screams at him "you did this to me!"?

2. When Kris mentioned the blemish on Ravi's hip that looks like a banana, my first thought was "Kris wants to get caught", and my second thought was "I really want to see that blemish ... for verification purposes".

3. When Ravi and Nancy announced they were going away for Valentine's day, Kris was obviously hurt ... and jealous.

4. I used to think that they would never attempt a storyline like this in America, but at the snail's pace it's going, it would actually fit right at home on most American soap operas.

Anyone else want them to just menage a trois or get off the pot?

    I'm a HUGE Hollyoaks fan, but this storyline is moving far too slow.  I hope it picks up in the next few weeks, because it has the potential to be really great.

    Snicks,

     

    Can't you see this latest development is part of a wider arch to make kris part of their relationship rather than just an affair? Basically it will probably work like this: Kris gets hurt, (maybe kris reacts out, sleeps with a random) then kris becomes thoughtful - he wants a relationship too, then either they will find out via a third person, or kris will just tell them he wants in.

    I absolutely love hollyoaks!
