ANT mines laughs for a good cause in NYC (Pic: Getty)
Following this assortment of carefully-selected news items, interested readers can find a refreshing pic of a hot man in underwear after the jump. Yes, we're serious.
- ANT was one of the gay comics who showed up Tuesday night at the Laugh OUT Loud Gala for the New York City Gay Mens Chorus. Hosted by Robert Verdi, the gala also featured the fabulous Judy Gold.
- The costumes from Milk are on display starting this week at Universal Studios in Hollywood. "The Universal Experience: Behind the Scenes of Universal Pictures" features memorabilia from many Universal films, including the wardrobes of Meryl Streep and Pierce Brosnan from Mamma Mia!, and the masks and costumes from Hellboy II: The Golden Army.
- The CW has renewed gay fave Supernatural (and somehow 90210) for next season, but both Privileged and Reaper are on the bubble.
Gentlemen, set your faces to "stunned"

- Now that I'm officially a nerd, these photoshopped Star Trek novel covers are probably funnier than they should be. My favorites: Ice Bear and Collector's Plate.
- Mediamatters.org has a video (I just can't bring myself to post it here) of smug twins Bill O'Reilly and Dennis Miller discussing the Oscars, specifically, Sean Penn's win. Somehow they're under the delusion that President Obama would've voted for Prop 8 if he had lived in California. Of course, the President vocally opposed Prop 8, but when have the facts ever mattered to these two? They live in their own land of lies and distortions.
- The final production of the New York City Center's Encore! season will be the musical Finian's Rainbow. The show will run from March 26th - 29th, and stars Jim Norton, Kate Baldwin, and He-Whose-Name-Shall-Not-Be-Spoken (but it sounds like Keyenne Gackson).

Jumping in with both feet!
Wow, snicks, you've really jumped in the nerdthing with both feet. And you haven't even had your naked D&D induction ceremony yet. Still, those were some twisted covers.
And you always have the best taste in Briefs Guys. Bravo!

"The day Sulu finally figured out that the Excelsior sucked ass and that Starfleet hated asians"
I've never read any of the Star Trek books, being more of a Star Wars geek myself. But if these books actually existed, I'd just have to read them.
