AfterElton Hot 100 Sneak Peek: Wilson Cruz

Every day until the results are announced for the 2009 AfterElton.com Hot 100 poll we're leaking beefcake at a steady rate of a hunk a day.

Today's fan-fave is out actor Wilson Cruz, who made his debut as ground-breaking gay teen Rickie Vasquez on the 90's series My So-Called Life.

Rickie was so sweet and adorable you always wanted to walk up and pinch his cheeks. That was then ... this is now.

Yowza! In addition to starring in such films as He's Just Not That Into You and providing the voice of Evan in the Logo hit Rick & Steve, Wilson has become an outspoken and tireless voice for the gay community.

To find out where Wilson placed on this year's list, you'll have to come back for the results. But for now, enjoy this assortment of pictures...

    Wilson Cruz

    What a beautiful warm smile.

He always seems so intelligent and sweet when interviewed and he has a great deal of acting range.

I really enjoyed him in Coffee Date (It was a cute film, not cutting edge or groundbreaking but a nice little date movie)

I also enjoyed his guest spot on Raising the Bar.  He was incredibly sexy and layered and the chemistry between him and the actor playing Charlie was wonderful.

Yay Gays! Way to go boys!

    He made my Top 10...

But we all know he's a 20! OMG! I love you sooo much Wilson! I loved you in your stint on Raising the Bar, sooooo cutesies. I own every (okay both) seasons of Noah's Arc cuz I just can't get enough...I just can't get enough....No I just can't, just can't, get enough of you!! I was so mad when you were not in the Noah's Arc Movie, but saw it in support of the other cast members (and secretly hoped you made a guest appearance, but alas). Your were truly an Angel in Party Monster and the most adorable, sexy, funny, thing in Coffee Date. Okay, so now that I've shown my creepy, stalker side *stops crying out of sheer love and awe b/c he made the Hot 100 list*, I’m going to go now. *Whispers: I love you future Mrs. Cruz, MY PRECIOUS!*

Wilson is hot, talented and incredibly nice

His evolution from ulta-sensitive Ricky on My So-Called Life to his current Babe-a-licious form is rather startling. But he's multi-faceted and so out front political he puts us all to shame.
