  • Below you can see another hilarious, spot-on Daily Show clip with my crush Jason Jones taking on the heated issue of ... same-sex divorce.

  • John Barrowman may have lost the BigGayBattle, but here's your chance to help him win another title. TheStage.Co.Uk has nominated him as one of the 100 most influential people in the theatre industry. Voting has begun, and the closing date for entries is January 24. (t/y to Brenda 647 for the tip).
  • The Critics’Choice Movie Awards will air live on VH1 tonight at 9:00PM ET, and you can expect to see Sarah Silverman and Adam Lambert presenting an award together.. Be afraid.

  • Blogs are buzzing today over the above comic strip, which is from the Notre Dame student-run newspaper The Observer. There have been two apologies, one from the Editorial Staff, and one from the three "artists" who created the strip. You know, the last apology might be easier to accept if they had not removed the blog entry that showed what they originally wanted to use, and the convo they had with the editorial staff about it. Thankfully, we have Google Cache.
  • Speaking of apologies, the 700 Club has refused to issue one for Pat Robertson's monstrous remarks about Haiti, and has issued an explanation. Basically, we misunderstood everything that Pat said.
  • TheOnion.com is the only news source I completely trust (along with the Weekly World News), and the audio report below sends shivers down my spine. So does this mean the end of the "bromance"?

  • Monday (Sunday night for us tennis fanatics in the States) marks the return of the "fun Grand Slam", the Australian Open, and here's a taste. Andy Roddick on the practice court.

  • Police put a last-minute end to the first Mr. Gay China Pageant, claiming it had nothing to do with sexuality, but for "procedure" reasons.
