• Below you can see a preview of this Thursday's Futurama, which features a parody of that hilarious N.O.M. "Gathering Storm" ad, plus a very special guest star.

• Scissor Sisters have just announced the dates for the North American leg of their concert tour. It kicks off August 21st in Atlanta.

• Spurf has news about an Oscar winner on Glee next season. Sadly, he won't be reprising his Oscar-winning role on the show. I'd pay to see that.

• GLAAD has issued a Call To Action against The Today Show over their soon-to-be-a-debacle "Wedding Contest." Odds are we'll see a contest "revision" any day now.

• Speaking of GLAAD, you may be hearing something from them soon about the Denis Leary appearance on last night's Daily Show. Watch and then we'll discuss.

• Of course, Denis is no stranger to dropping the "F' bomb. And he is responsible for Rescue Me, one of the worst shows in TV history in its depiction of gay men. He was just being himself - an obnoxious lout. And what makes it even worse is that he wasn't even telling his own story. He was quoting co-star Steven Pasquale, who must be positively thrilled that Denis brought this up on national TV.

• What was surprising was Jon Stewart's reaction (he laughed and said "nicely done") and the decision of Comedy Central not to bleep the word. Other expletives were bleeped, and there's no doubt that other slurs would have been bleeped. What do you think? Is "fag" bleepworthy, or is it somehow not as "offensive" as other slurs? And does context matter, or is it never appropriate to use that insult?

• I first became aware of out actor/singer Chris Salvatore when he bared his ... soul ... in one of those Eating Out movies. Below you can see his music video for "Dirty Love," which is really hot ... if you like half-naked girls pawing each other. Chris, what's up with that? I guess I can forgive him if he keeps batting those gorgeous eyes at me.
