AfterElton Briefs: Homo-Cidal Maniacs, The Worst Comedian in History, a "True Blood" 'love scene' and More!

Plus a pantsless Evans brother, Rachel updates DADT, and when should athletes come out?

Following this assortment of carefully-selected news items, interested readers can find a refreshing pic of a hot man in underwear. Yes, we're serious. Each Friday Briefs will also feature a pic up top that desperately needs captioning. We'll pick our fave suggestion from the comments and run it in the following week's post. Have fun! Drop your caption ideas in the comments, and check out last week's winner at the bottom of the page!

The Other Evans goes pantsless for GQ. That is a lot of pixelation

  • After falling out of a harness at a concert in Germany, Pink is black and blue. So does that make her Mauve? She's okay, but I knew this was bound to happen someday!
  • Who is D.J. Dolce? Just an embarrassing excuse for a comedian. Good As You has the whole slimy story, including who her wretched husband is. Don't go over here if you're in a good mood.
  • As promised, below you can see Bryan Safi's ode to the queer movie villain. It's worth watching the whole clip just for the last five seconds.

  • It's not often we get pro-sports stars speaking out in favor of marriage-equality, but now we can add San Antonio Spurs star Emmanuel GinĂ³bili to the list. The Argentinean basketball player backed this week's marriage equality law in his country of birth: "I am completely in favor of the marriages. I think we all have the same rights, although when it comes to adoption, I don't feel able to give an opinion." Well, it's a start.
  • The adorkable Nate Silver has conjured up this chart, which shows the number of people living in places that recognize marriage-equality. That's the U.S. in sickly green. How humiliating.

  • John Amaechi is advising professional athletes not to come out until they're sure they're completely prepared. "For an under-prepared and psychologically stunted individual who plays sports at a high level to come out before they are ready is like being born prematurely. Unequivocally, being out is better than staying in, but those who do come out need support."
  • Happy Birthday to Ugly Betty star Mark Indelicato, who turns 16 today.
  • Below you can see Rachel Maddow updating the DADT case of Lt. Col. Victor Fehrenbach, who may be discharged at any moment.
