"Clara Sheller" video clip: Fin (redux)

It's the shocking season one finale of the French dramedy (no, this time we mean it). Join us after the break for lies, deceptions, and a sunset ending (but for whom?) in our three-clip Clara Sheller Mega-Post!

In the first clip, BFF's J.P. and Clara have made a pact not to have anything to do with their hot neighbor Gilles. The three of them had just finished an all night kissing (and possible over-the-clothes groping) session, but Clara and J.P.'s confusion over the situation turned to anger when they discovered that Gilles had already (apparently) moved on to another conquest.

Clara is eventually ambushed in the hall by Gilles, who explains that he only has eyes for her, blah, blah, blah, and before you know it, they're snogging next to the dumpster and conspiring how to keep it from J.P. (and Clara finds time to have a perfectly realized Ally McBeal/Bjork fantasy dancing sequence).

The second clip opens with Clara and Gilles feeling pangs of guilt about constantly lying to J.P. (in a hilarious moment, Gilles realizes he can't "perform" and gazes at the Eiffel Tower and says "look at it, taunting me"). He tells Clara that he's leaving for Japan for eight months, and he wants her to come with him, which means they'll have to find some way to let J.P. know that they're in love.

Luckily for them, the old biddy next door croaks, and as J.P. is walking up the steps he sees Clara and Gilles holding each other, and he realizes what's going on. Later J.P. will try to forget his troubles by going home with a man who lives in the ... GASP! ... suburbs!

In the final clip of the season, the three of them try to come to terms with what's happened. We'll leave it to you to discover how it turns out, but it does involve a sunset ending for two of them, and a "life goes on" ending for the other.
