Discuss: Perez Hilton on Adam Lambert's alleged new boyfriend

A great woman once sang "once the rumor spreads, the truth is just a thing of the past", and it's never been more true these days.

Take the above pic, for example, which has spread quickly around the world thanks to blogger/pageant show ruiner Perez Hilton, who titles the pic Adam Lambert's New Boyfriend!

How does Perez know this guy is Adam's new boyfriend? He doesn't, and in fact this guy has been in the American Idol audience rooting for Adam several times since the season began (and I'm pretty sure the blond is the non-headband girl in that TMZ video). But they're photographed together, so I guess that's enough for Perez.

Several questions spring to mind; Will this have any effect on Adam in the finals, or will most voters just not care? Why does Perez draw hearts like my three-year old niece (or someone trying to draw while going through a 9.5 earthquake?) And why does he think this cute guy is Adam's boyfriend ... maybe they just love each other in a Godly way.
