Do you take these men, "For Better or For Worse"?

Out actor (and #31 on The AfterElton Hot 100 List) Chad Allen is set to star in the new wedding comedy For Better or For Worse. He plays the jilted ex of one of the grooms, and brings his new boyfriend to the wedding, played by Melrose Place stud Patrick Muldoon. Billy's Hollywood Screen Kiss and Shelter star Brad Rowe appears in the film, and is also the producer.

Interestingly enough, the actual grooms of the "screwball gay wedding comedy" have not been cast as of yet, but the wedding party is filling up fast. Along for the ride are such gay friendly stars as Rebecca Gayheart and Janeane Garofalo (who isn't in nearly enough movies). Best of all, the lesbian minister presiding over the ceremony is none other than Soleil Moon Frye!

Hmm ... Punky Brewster as a lesbian minister? I guess it could be worse, it could be Small Wonder.

Even though Rowe presumably plays straight here (he's labeled as a "family-man brother" who is the employee of Garofalo's nanny character), he's no stranger to playing gay and his involvement in this project as producer is more than welcome.

    I am looking forward to this!! Chad Allen, Brad Rowe, Stanley Kamel!

    I like this actor every since "Making Love" and also "Six Feet Under".

    I wish though, that Michael Ontkean would resurface from wherever he's hiding..

    This sounds like its going to be good and so far the cast sounds great. I wonder when Chad's other movie "Save Me'" will be avaliable on dvd?

     For Better or Worse does sound like it could be a lot of fun, and hey, it even co-stars Patrick Muldoon.  I used to think he was too cute for words, back in the day (first saw him in Days of Our Lives).  His star has fallen somewhat in recent years; while he works steadily, the projects perhaps are not the best.  I last saw him in a crappy film called Ice Spiders on the Sci-Fi channel (ah, the Sci-Fi Channel, home to the absolute dregs of the film industry...).

    I've always had the gut feeling that Patrick is totally gay, but that's just my gaydar talking...

    I'm like a superhero, with no powers or motivation...
