"Hollyoaks" video clip update: The Aftermath

Today's episode of Hollyoaks picks up with Myra storming out of the church with John Paul and his sister Jacqui (who looks like Medusa's hooker daughter with that hairdo) in hot pursuit, leaving Kieron literally gasping for air in one of the pews.

Humiliated, Kieron says he can't go through with the service, but bride-to-be Steph tells him she already knew about him and J.P., and convinces him to go through with it (and actually, everyone at the service shows an amazing amount of compassion toward the situation).

Meanwhile, Jacqui and J.P. arrive home with Myra, and in the best scene in the clip, J.P. tries to explain himself. The acting by Nicole Barber-Lane and James Sutton in this scene is exemplary, and when J.P. says "I never meant to hurt you", and Myra responds with "Well, you did ... more than anyone ever has," the look on his face is heartbreaking.

Kieron finishes the ceremony (even though he looks like he'd rather be anywhere else), and as J.P. is walking down the street, he runs into Niall (all together now: "BOO! HISS!") who feigns surprise at learning that Myra found out.
