Liveblogging "One Life To Live": True Confishions

Today's the day! Will Oliver gather the strength to confess to Kyle how he feels about him? If he does, how will Kyle react? And will Nick find out?

2:05PM EST: I wish my town had it own sleazy tabloid like Llanview. Dorian is incensed that her old mug shot is in The Sun and orders DVTM to snoop around Viki and find some dirt.

Viki starts her meeting with Nick (Chavez) (is this the first time we've heard his last name?), who immediately urges her to throw her support behind Llanview's same-sex marriage initiative. Viki is "wha-wha-wha-what?"

Oliver tells Kyle that the thing he's most sorry about is losing him, and he "still cares about him". Oh, Oliver, you can do better than that.

2:10PM EST: Viki talks about "alternative lifestyles" and how outdated the former mayor's opinions were. DVTM storms in and interrupts and introduces himself to "Nick Chavez, head of Llanview's Llanview Gay & Lesbian Alliance of Llanview". Nick tells DVTM he's interested to know Dorian's opinion on same-sex rights, and DVTM's face drops to the floor, as Viki smirks.

Kyle tells Oliver "when you walked out on me, I never stopped thinking about you". Oliver says "I made the biggest mistakes you can make, but I've walked through that door, and I want a real life. I WANT YOU, KYLE, AND I DON'T CARE WHO KNOWS IT".

Meanwhile Layla is incensed that Cris encouraged Oliver to tell Kyle. She thinks it's a disaster waiting to happen.

2:20PM EST: OOH! Angry Kyle comes out (hot) and blasts Oliver for doing this. He says "So, suddenly because you're ready I'm supposed to just drop my whole life? What if you chicken out? What if your dad gets sick, or your mom? What if I'm different than what you knew? What if it doesn't work out again! FISH PLEASE!". Oliver says "You said you've forgiven me!", and Kyle says "I have, but that doesn't mean I've forgotten all the time that you hurt me".

2:30PM EST: Oliver tells Kyle "I'm ready to be with you", and Kyle says "you've been out, what, a week? You're brand new, buddy, and it's exciting, and scary, and all out there for you, and now's not the time to go running back to your college boyfriend". Oliver looks stunned and says "that's not why I'm here". Kyle says"look, the timing's off. I'm not the same person. I've made mistakes, and done things I regret, and I need to get my life back together. And you should be out there celebrating. Aren't you curious about what you've been missing?" Oliver says "You! I've been missing you. I love you Kyle, and I think you still love me". Kyle responds with a very hot nostril flare.

2:40PM EST: AWW! Kyle tells Oliver that he's in another place. He's with a new guy who cares about him, and is out and proud, and an activist. He says "sorry, Oliver, It's just not to going to work between us". Oliver looks ready to break down.

Viki tells Nick about all of the gay people that are on her campaign, and Nick asks DVTM if Dorian's campaign has any gay representation. In a hilarious scene, DVTM talks about Andre ... the hairdresser ... who's a genius.

2:50PM EST: Ha! Dorian's new ad campaign is, I kid you not "YES SHE CAN". DVTM tells Dorian she need to hire herself "a queen".

UGH! My audio kicked out and I didn't hear Oliver and Kyle's jukebox breakup convo, but it kicked in just in time to see Nick interrupt. Oliver walks away and Nick sits down, but Kyle is still too wounded to to hear Nick's good news.

Oliver walks over to Layla and Cris, and says "that went well". Cris says "at least you took a chance, which is more than I did". Layla says "Oliver, it was probably too soon. I know I'm not ready, and if Prince Charming walked through the door right now, I wouldn't even know it". Oliver and Cris look at each other as their eyes fall out and roll across the floor.

DVTM tells Dorian she needs to hire a lot more gay people, specifically a "gay man in a big job". Dorian's eyes flash that deliciously evil red and she says "I already have one". DVTM looks perplexed and says "Who?" Dorian simply says "You".
