Liveblogging "One Life To Live": Layla, you've got me on my knees!

Yes, I actually used a line from the Eric Clapton song, but don't look at me like that ... there are only so many things you can do with the name Layla.

This episode looks to be especially juicy, as Layla finally confronts Oliver face-to-face about being his "beard". And will we see another stable shower from Ford? Keep your fingers crossed.

2:05PM EST: MCBAAAAIN! Meanwhile, Charlie bit my finger is trying to convince Viki to run for Mayor, and Ford is still half shirtless, as Marco comes in and misconstrues (or does he?)

Oliver comes home with a bottle of wine, but Layla is in full "I WANT ANSWERS NOW" mode. This is not going to end well ...

2:10PM EST: Layla wants to know exactly what was Oliver's relationship with Kyle in college, and he says "we were friends ... and frat buddies". She keeps pressing and says "I just found out from a total stranger that Kyle had a relationship in college with a closet-case who became a cop". You can tell Oliver wants to say "well ... maybe there's another cop in Llanview ... who dated Kyle ... in college", but before he can Layla states firmly "were you sleeping with Kyle Lewis, YES OR NO!". Oliver shouts "YES! okay ... yes!" Layla looks stunned.

2:20PM EST: Gigi and Kim get into it big time, and Rex has a hilarious moment when he gets in between them and says "I don't wanna have to hit a girl". Who knew that in this catfight, it would be Rex with the biggest claws.

This Mayor need to be taken down quickly. Ugh! Here's some trivia: Starr and Matthew are brother and sister in real life.

Oliver tries to explain what happened in college "we were drunk, it was truth or dare, it was an ... experiment" Oh, Oliver. Layla calls B.S. on it, and says "if the experiment is over, why were you in the alley kissing Kyle?"

2:30PM EST: Ha! Now it's Marco's turn to do the soft-core shower! Little Shane comes in and calls Staci a slut. What is it with the kids in this town?

Oliver keeps trying to explain away what happened "i tried pushing him off me", and Layla breaks down and says "I know this isn't easy, Oliver, and I'm trying real hard to have some compassion for you. I know you're scared right now, but do the right thing, and say the words ... you're gay!"

2:40PM EST: Layla and Oliver have a very intense scene as Oliver denies being gay, and she says "what can you promise me for the future? You're already letting yourself be backed up against an alley wall. When I'm with a man, I want all of him. I want him to want me so much, I'm the one being backed up against the wall. Can you give me that? NO, YOU CAN'T!". Oliver responds with "I love you, you're everything I want in a woman. YOU'RE STYLISH. I can be what you need, I promise. You don't know what it's like ... I can't be gay".

2:45PM EST: Oliver's getting on my nerves. Layla has been more than patient, but he keeps saying things like "I'll go to therapy ... and church" Layla finally has had enough, and calls him a "gay homophobe" and pleads with him to stop lying to himself, and finally tells him to leave. He tearfully says he never meant to hurt her, and apologizes. When he leaves, both he and Layla are on opposite sides of the door, quietly sobbing.

2:55PM EST: Layla grabs Oliver's cop cap and collapses on the floor. Meanwhile, Oliver is sitting at the bar downing shots ... as Staci sits nearby. This cannot end well.
