Liveblogging "One Life To Live": "You're A What?"

Oliver has decided to come out to his parents, but will he be able to endure their disappointment in him? More importantly, how can I get TPTB at the show to put The Book up for sale on EBAY? I want it!

2:05PM EST: OMG, we have a Kyle and Nick sighting. AND A HOT KISS! Wow, that was nice, too bad that before Nick came in, Kyle was wistfully gazing at Oliver's picture in the paper.

George looks at The Book, and says "i know what this is about". Oliver and Co. collectively hold their breath, and then he says "your friend Cristian is a ... HO-MO-SEXUAL!".

2:10PM EST: Cabana Boy refuses to come out, so good ole' stable Todd grabs matches and lighter fluid and says "fine, you can stay in there ... while I burn the place down".

Jared stumbles into Brody's hospital room covered with blood, having been attacked by a munchkin yesterday.

2:15 PM EST: George is ultra-offensive, telling Cristian that it's no wonder that Oliver didn't want them to come for a visit. He's having trouble sharing an apartment with a ho-mo-sexual. He then makes a remark about Oliver not being able to lock his bedroom door at night. "Anybody would feel uncomfortable". He then continues to slide his foot down his throat by remarking "that's not how Oliver was raised. We don't believe in the ho-mo-sexual lifestyle". Oh, George.

2:25PM EST: Kyle and Nick are getting very hot and heavy when Kyle looks down and sees Oliver's face on the paper. He stops and says "I'm sorry, I can't do this".

UGH, George is unbearable. He tells Cristian that he's sick, and there's still time to change. Cristian plays along (bless his heart), but eventually George becomes too much to take. he tells Oliver "c'mon, I'm not letting you stay here with him, we're going to find you another apartment, now!"

Oliver says "I'm a grown man, and can make my own decisions", but George is adamant, calling Cris a degenerate, and telling him he's going to hell. That was the straw. Oliver tells his dad "then so am I!". George is confused, so Oliver takes that next huge step and says "Cris is not gay ... I am!"

2:35PM EST: Okay, who is "aquaboy chad", and where can I get one to just pop out of the woodwork for me?

George won't accept what Oliver says, and tells Layla "you don't know my son, I do". Oliver says "no, you don't dad. But Mom does". Barbara slowly turns away. So Mama Fish knew all along!

Nick asks "was is something I said, or did? Why are you pulling away from me?" Kyle says "it's not you. I'm ... um ... on ... duty soon. yeah, that's it". Nick starts unbuttoning Kyle's shirt and says "well, you should go in you first day relaxed.". Kyle pulls away again, and Nick knows there's something wrong. "Do you really have to go back to the hospital, or is this about Oliver?"

2:45 PM EST: A-Ha! We get to to truth about Oliver's college days. It seems that Barbara caught Oliver and Kyle in a delicate situation, and that's what drove Oliver back into the closet. He and Barbara have never spoken about it ... until now.

2:50 PM EST: Kyle says "I really do have to get to work. If I show up with alcohol on my breath, or with gay sex afterglow, I'm toast!". He tells Nick to just stay put, and he'll see him later. Outside the door, Kyle has a million emotions on his face, and inside, Nick finds the paper with Oliver's picture on it, and starts to tear up.

2:55PM EST: George asks Barbara for an explanation, and she says "i thought it was just a phase that we would grow out of". George is appalled, and finally accepts the truth. He storms out, and Barbara follows, telling Oliver "sorry". Layla wants to approach a crying Oliver, but Cris holds her back, knowing he needs to be by himself for this.
