Liveblogging "One Life To Live": Doctor, doctor, can't you see I'm burning, burning!

After yesterday's episode, where it was quite evident that the hot guy in the police uniform was still smitten with the hot guy in scrubs, it'll be interesting to see if Oliver takes Kyle up on his offer to "call him".

2:05 PM EST: There's a definite Batman & Robin vibe to David and Matthew. An evil, bizarroworld Batman & Robin.

Marty (congrats to Susan Haskell on her Emmy) and McBaaain run into George, who tells them that he's checking out. McBain says "oh, you're Oliver's dad!", and George says "I HAVE NO SON!!!!!.

Barbara shows up to talk to Oliver before she and George leave, and Layla and Cris make a quick exit to run to the deli to pick up sandwiches for the Fish trip back home. In what is sure to be the funniest line of the episode, Oliver says "make sure everything is on white bread".

2:10 PM EST: George outs Oliver to McBain, who basically says "so what?", and Marty is astonished that George would disown his son.

Blair tells Dorian that T.B.T.D. is still married to Ross, and will spill the beans before she and Todd tie the knot.

2:15PM EST: I think Marko's dad and George belong to the same lodge.

I have to give props to OLTL for making their kid characters just as devious and conniving as the adults, as opposed to other soaps, where the kids are used as props. Jack is such a bratty brat, and is totally hilarious.

2:25 PM EST: OOHHH!! Marty tells George "you son needs your support now, he helped save my grandchild a few days ago. You should be nothing but proud now", and McBain says "Your son is a hero".

George looks unsure, until he sees Kyle and Nick come down the stairs and share a kiss goodbye. George says "you don't think THAT is an abomination?" Marty and McBain take their leave, and Kyle, who heard what George said, approaches and says "What was that?"

Kyle takes a closer look and says "I know you. Aren't you Oliver's father? I'm Kyle, his friend from ..." George interrupts and exclaims "I know exactly who you are. You're the boy who corrupted my son!".

2:30PM EST: I don't what it is, but for some reason I find Angry Kyle hot just like I do Angry Luke.

Barbara and Oliver talk about the past, and how what he's doing is a sin, etc. Oliver says "we should have talked about what happened back then, but you closed the door, and then I locked it. Do you know how lonely it was in that closet?" Hmm ... no offense to Oliver, but that sounds like a line from THE BOOK.

2:40 PM EST: Barbara says "have you tried not being a mutant gay?" Layla and Cris come in, and Barbara says "I need to go, your father will worry i caught the gay somewhere". Oliver says "will I see you again?" and Barbara responds "take care of yourself". Ouch. He says "I love you" and she says "I love you, too.".

Jack eavesdrops on Blair talking about Ross, and tells her "what's it worth to you for me to keep my mouth shut?" Dorian says "he's more like his father everyday".

Angry Kyle confronts George, who says "my son was normal before he met you". Kyle blasts back "when I met Oliver, all he talked about was you, and how much he admired you. But you're also the reason he was so afraid to come out".

As Barbara comes in, Kyle tells George "I ran into him the other day. He thinks you're done with him. Do you know what that's doing to him?" He turns to Barbara and says "Hello Mrs. Fish". Barbara says "Hello Kyle, last time i saw you, you were playing leapfrog with my son".

2:50PM EST: Oliver is astonished when George and Barbara knock on his door. George says 'I love you, but I cannot accept your choice of liifestyle". Oliver says "It's not a lifestyle, and it's not a choice". George turns to go and twists the knife a little more with 'I'll pray for you".

Marty asks McBain if he knew about Oliver, and John says "does it matter?" I've just upgraded my opinion of McBain.
