AfterElton Puzzler: Riddle me this!

Time for another one of those time-wasting yet hopelessly addictive online jigsaw puzzles! This week it's the cover from gay author Geoffrey Knight's newest novel The Riddle of the Sands. Move the pieces around with your mouse — they will snap together when in the right place. How fast can you complete this puzzle?

Care to time yourself?

    No surprise puzzle..

Just a quick question - I haven't solved today's puzzle yet. But why do you write who or what is in the picture? It spoils the surprise. Why not put a link to the final picture, for everybody to check out, if they want to be spoiled? Those who want to guess all along solving the puzzle, would be able to do it.

Maybe it's just me though. Still, I think it would be more fun and possibly even harder to solve, if you didn't say who is in the picture. Maybe you could give hints.

    Just an idea.

The border and areas with writing snapped together pretty quickly, but all those skin tones and purplish areas took a lot longer than expected.  The book cover was a fun change of pace though.  Thanks, Snicks.
