The second season of the French cop series "Les Bleus" is coming, and we have the first trailer!

The French cop series Les Bleus was one of the first European shows we regularly recapped here on the blog, and when we finished up the first season back in May, we were left wondering what would become of gay cop hero Kevin LaPorte (played by Nicholas Gob, who made such an impact on readers he ended up on the AfterElton Hot 100 List).

Well, the first trailer for the second season is out, and thankfully, Kevin looks to be as front and center as he was in the first season (and still looking fine). The only problem is...the trailer is in French, and we haven't been able to find a translated version.

But who needs real translation when you have the magic of imagination!

Watching the clip, it's obvious that the new season is going to involve the new female Chief of Police, and from what I understood, the jist is that Kevin is going undercover as an underwear model to find out who's been sabotaging Ginch-Gonch. First up is a wet briefs contest, followed by the infiltration of the thong factory, where he'll be the first to try on the prototype for the new cellophane Speedo.

At least, that's what I got from the clip. Take a look at it after the break and let at us know what you think is going to happen (or if there's someone who does speak French, maybe you can give us a rundown of what's going on?). There's no word on when the second season is starting, but there are already plans for a third season, so hopefully Kevin will bring us his mix of strength, vulnerability, and compassion for years to come.
