i think "position" is incorrect..
something tells me it really should be listed as flexible.
or maybe reversible...
Agree!
I did check up for his FB profile..
But that's nothing!
Do it is real profile or make up?
Seriously?
Facebook
AfterElton.com, you rock but...
How is this newsworthy? XD

Well, it's not exactly "newsworthy" but it's mean to be
Thank you
It is lighthearted, not just mean[t] to be. You're doing exactly the right thing.
Frankly, the editorial decisons you've made over Torchwood have made me love this site immeasurably more. Unlike so many other gay sites, you've not ignored the international nature of the internet and although it's been a losing battle against spoilers, personally I think the staff at AfterElton have done a fantastic job. The one thing Torchwood has proven is that this is an international site and not just an American one.
I think I actively fell in love with this site when the Day Five recap happened so quickly after the first broadcast of the programme in the UK. It was such an acknowledgement that you don't have to be an American to come here. Seriously, I've been on the internet since the early to mid Nineties and this was the first time I've seen a non-news site tackle a cultural phenomenon without national borders.
You've fulfilled your brief in being the touchstone for gay media and cultural topics and done some great firefighting when it comes to members of the site being allowed to vent against what they've seen, compared to protecting as many people as you can from having their own experience of a dramatic venture destroyed by advance warnings of the anger.
I love the fact you're setting up Children of Earth for an American audience that's deliberately avoided the spoilers elsewhere on the site. And more power to you for that.
If anything, your editorial policy is making me re-evaluate the series after I've seen it. And I'm immensely grateful for it. You're reminding me why I love that series.
You and your staff have done - and are still doing - a brilliant job on Torchwood. Accept no criticism.

Thanks, Darrien, I truly appreciate that. I've always
known we've had many readers outside the U.S. and have always tried to reflect that as much as possible. I was a little uneasy about covering TW last week, but we have a lot of U.K readers (not to mention some Yanks and Canadians who cheated!) who were going to want to talk about the show and I'm glad to know you think we struck a balance between providing a space to do that and not ruining the show for those who haven't seen it yet.
I truly didn't want to spoil the show for our North American readers and we have strived to do that. Where we failed, I apologize.
I think your comments and our coverage reflects something else positive in that it debunks the idea that Americans aren't interested in anything not American. Our coverage of Hollyoaks, Forbidden Love and, yes, Torchwood, show that gay and gay friendly Americans are hungry for good gay representation whatever the nationality.
Anyway, thanks again for the kind words.
Cheated?
Cheated? I resent that. I was driven to it by all the Brits who post comments about TW on the BBC-America TW boards. (Admittedly, there may be an impulse control issue at play here too.) Besides, I was on vacation last week and it rained most of the time. What else was I to do - read a book? :-)
Thanks for all the excellent TW coverage to date. Looking forward to what you'll have for us next week.
Also, I see that there's a message in Captain Jack's Facebook inbox. When do we get to see that?
Off topic:
"User Miz Liz lost 5 points! Total now is 65 points."
Hey, I lost five points for editing a post? Where's the love?
and EASTENDERS
I appreciated the clips on Christian's stories since the BBC site blocks US viewers.
Thanks so much for so many articles not seen much elsewhere
(Broadway Bares MMMM)
Makes more sense...
Now that relook at the article, did you guys make this page? Because the reason it seemed silly to me is I've seen so many of these types of pages on facebook, I wasn't sure why one specific instance would merit its own article. But if you guys made this page and were publicizing it, that makes bit more sense. Thanks for responding though, its cool that you guys listen to reader crit.
