  • Speaking of the WGA Awards, Modern Family leads the TV pack with 3 nominations, while I Love You Phillip Morris was a surprise nom for films.
  • Big Love returns to HBO for its final season on Sunday, January 16th, and judging by the trailer, gay Mormon Alby may play a significant role.

  • This is coming from The New York Post, so keep that in mind, but the rumor is that Barbra Streisand wants to direct and star in a new version of Gypsy. Thoughts?
  • Metro Weekly has a list of what to expect on the GLBT political action front this year. On a side note, the picture they have of John Boehner is just ... wrong.
  • James Franco is profiled in the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly, and the gay blogosphere is exploding today with his last line "Or you know what, maybe I'm just gay."

  • I vaguely remember the daytime talk show hosted by Charles Perez back in the 90's (mainly I recall how full and gorgeous his hair was, and how I wanted to run my fingers through it), and he's taken that experience, and his time as a Miami anchor and written the autobiography Confessions of a Gay Anchorman.
