AfterElton Briefs: "Glee"'s Spring Break, The "Three's Company" Ladies Reunite, and Happy Birthday Darren Criss!

Here is last week's caption pic winner. This week's caption pic is at the bottom of the page.

Thanks to everyone for participating! The winner is ...

"This is the message that Snicks send you if you cross Federer."

Thanks to Carlos for this week's winning caption!

  • Weekend Birthdays! (Note: Birthday shoutouts are for out entertainers, allies, or for any celeb that seems to have a following on AE). Darren Criss (above) is 25, Nathan Lane is 56, my cinematic idol George Romero is 72, the faboo Laura Linney is 48, Barbara Hershey is 64, and Alice Cooper is 64. What are your top five Alice songs? Here are my picks: 5. "No More Mr. Nice Guy." 4. "School's Out", 3. "He's Back (The Man Behind The Mask"," 2. "Poison," 1. "Welcome To My Nightmare"

  • For those who saw the news report about a man falling overboard on the "Allure Of The Seas" cruise ship, we've contacted Ed Kennedy, and he's fine, and I'm sure he'll have lots to say when he gets back early next week.
  • After a lifetime of subtle, nuanced performances, Al Pacino will finally get the chance to go over-the-top as the villain in Despicable Me 2.
  • In case you missed it, below you can see the greatest moment from yesterday's Days Of Our Lives. Watch closely for Will's priceless reaction near the end when Nicole calls him out for being E.J.'s lackey.

  • ABC has ordered the sitcom pilot The Smart One starring Portia de Rossi and exec. produced by Ellen. Portia will play a "brilliant and successful woman who has to go to work for her less brainy but more popular sister — a former beauty queen, weather girl … and now big city Mayor."
  • You'd better sit down, Gleeks. The show is taking a seven-week hiatus in the spring. They'll air a winter finale on February 21st, and won't return until April 10th, but it will have all new episodes starting then until the end of the season.
  • Below you can see the emotional reunion of Suzanne Somers and Joyce DeWitt, thirty years after Suzanne left Three's Company. Yes, I'm verklempt. But where's Jenilee?

  • A special 62nd Birthday shoutout to the faboo ally Morgan Fairchild, who starred in one of favorite 80's movies (which was also the all-time greatest "Anchorwoman-In-Peril" movie). If you've never heard of that genre, consult Brian Juergens for more info.

  • For your cry of the day, below you can see 15-year-old Madison Galluccio speak before New Jersey's House Judiciary Committee about her two dads, and how important it is for their family to feel equal.

  • Below you can see a character from a famous TV show. Can you name it?

And today's Briefs are brought to you by...
