• Elizabeth Taylor turns 79 this weekend, and we wish the ultimate film icon and tireless gay ally a speedy recovery and many more birthdays to come.

• Neil Patrick Harris appeared on Ellen today, and we have two clips. First up, they discuss Neil's babies and Ellen presents him with some unique infant clothes. Neil seems touched and delighted.

• A few weeks back I mentioned that the Daytime Emmy pre-pre noms had been announced, and included Eric Sheffer Stevens for Supporting Actor for As The World Turns. Well, the actual pre-noms were announced today, and he's still in the running. Which isn't a big surprise considering that each show is allowed two nominees per category ... and only he and Trent Dawson entered their names. The Daytime Emmy nominations will be announced on May 11th, and he'd better get his due.

• Below you can see Kylie answer fan questions, including some tidbits about her upcoming tour!

• Poor Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark. It's bad enough that the show is mocked by snarky gay writers, but now it's going to be ridiculed on stage.

• Here's something very special. A rare interview with out Brothers & Sisters star Luke Macfarlane, who is charming, adorable, hot, and when he's asked specifically about being near the top of the 2010 AfterElton Hot 100, he giggles bashfully and says he's flattered. ♥ sigh ♥
