AfterElton Briefs: Rebooting "Tomb Raider," Matthew Morrison's "Summer Rain," Gaga Removes The Target On Her Back, and More!

Anthony Rapp at The National Arts Club in New York City

  • The Spoiler Room has scoop on season two of The Walking Dead and the new season of True Blood (here's a hint - Eric's hair plays a major role).
  • Ben McKenzie and Michael Cudlitz talk about tonight's finale of Southland, and they're both positive that this is a season finale, and not a series finale. And Ben is willing to bet cash on it.
  • A couple of Glee items: In case you're wondering what's going to happen with Cheyenne Jackson's character, here's your answer, and it's a doozy! Ramin Setoodeh will not be pleased.
  • Below you can see the behind-the-scenes video of Matthew Morrison performing "Summer Rain," the first single off his upcoming debut album, due out May 10th. The song is available on iTunes starting today.

  • Another week, another Hollywood reboot. This time it's Tomb Raider, with producers looking for someone to fill the enhanced brassiere of Angelina Jolie. I enjoyed the campy action of the first two films, but I could never get into the video games. Maybe because I got tired of falling off every single frickin' wall!
  • Don't worry, Two and a Half Men fans, the show will go on without Charlie Sheen. But who could replace him? Is Sandy Duncan available? (Too soon?)
  • Below you can see a sneak peek at "Pray The Gay Away," tonight's episode of Our America with Lisa Ling, which airs on OWN at 10 PM EST. I love Lisa, but I think I'll pass. If I want to stare at sad, deluded creatures, I'll watch my cat try to lick behind her ears.

  • Speaking of, Lady Gaga and Target have officially dissolved their doomed-from-the-beginning partnership. Good for her, but the Gaga haters are going to be pissed!
  • GLAAD is working with SONY Pictures to get the slur "maricon" removed from the Spanish translation of The Green Hornet. Calling it an "error in translation," A SONY spokesman says, "“We understand and respect the concerns expressed by GLAAD, and regret that this word was used in the Spanish-language version of the film. We are making sure that it will be removed from future versions of The Green Hornet in Spanish-speaking countries.”
  • Below you can see Noah's Arc star Jensen Atwood cut his hair for the charity Locks of Love. The combing looks painful, but it's worth it to see him in Rudy Huxtable pigtails. (h/t Crawfish Po Boy).

  • Below you can see Daniel Craig and the voice of Judi Dench in a PSA for International Women's Day, which highlights the inequality that persists between men and women. Remember all the people who went nuts when Daniel was chosen as James Bond? I'd love to see the looks on their faces when they see this!

And today's Briefs are brought to you by...
