• The big TV news today is that Showtime has canceled United States of Tara after three seasons. The show has experienced ups and downs in quality, but it did give us the groundbreaking gay teen Marshall, and he'll be missed.

• In good news, Showtime has renewed Nurse Jackie for a fourth season.

• In the last of our Showtime news, starting on July 7th, the mainstream pay cable giant will air The GAYVN Awards. Which is kind of remarkable.

• Towleroad has video of Harold Camping addressing reporters outside his home and basically saying, "outlook not so good," and "try again later."
