A Pantsless Scott Pilgrim, Alexander Skarsgard Loves Hickey, We're Getting a Facelift, and More!
Plus Ryan Murphy talks Britney and Wicked, Alec Mapa brings The View house down, Kathy Griffin says goodbye to a loved one, and Professor Franco is a no-go.
- Remember that pantsless subway pic of The Other Evans we ran last week? Well now you can see the entire pantsless series of him and his Scott Pilgrim co-stars Jason Schwartzman and Michael Cera in GQ. First of all, I refuse to believe that those are actually Michael Cera's legs and thighs, and secondly ... do they have a platypus between their legs?
- Belated condolences to Kathy Griffin. If you watched last night's My Life on the D-List you saw that Kathy lost her beloved 12-year-old lab-chow mix Chance (it happened back in March). It was a jarring moment - we rarely see Kathy get this emotional, and it was surprising, touching, and sad.
- Speaking of Bravo stars, below you can see "cross-eyed Andy Cohen" (Kathy calls him that, so that means I can) presenting an award to Flipping Out star Jeff Lewis. He also tries to give a gift to Housewife trainwreck Danielle Staub, who acts as though he offered her a fresh turd. Andy gets visibly flustered at the end. On a side note - I love Danielle.
- Below you can see an Annie Leibovitz photo of True Blood star Alexander Skarsgard, who's the new face of suit maker Hickey Freeman’s fall 2010 season. Damn! Why couldn't he be the new face of Banana Hammock?

- Poor James Franco. First his character falls to his death on General Hospital, and now Yale has denied his request to teach a "special class." So this means no "Nude Basketball 101?"
- Below you can see HitFix chat with Glee creators Ryan Murphy and Dante Di Lorento. Ryan talks about the Britney tribute, and confirms that he's definitely in the running to direct the big-screen Wicked.
- Alec Mapa appeared on The View last Friday, and brought the house down. He even had Elizabeth in stitches. You can see his segment below.
- Finally, AN IMPORTANT HEADS UP. Tomorrow is our long-awaited renovation day, so you may be unable to access AfterElton in the A.M. When we do return (sometime tomorrow) our transformation will be complete, and we're hoping you'll "ooohhh" and "aaahhh" at the results. See you then!
