AfterElton Briefs: Jason Priestly Talks To His Johnson, 80 Labor Day Weekend TV Marathons, Madonna Bombs, and More!

Here's last week's caption pic winner. This week's caption pic is at the bottom of the page.

Thanks to everyone for participating! The winner is ...

"Wedgies should not be performed by amateurs!"

Thanks to polopony for this week's winning caption.

  • Weekend Birthdays! (Note: Birthday shoutouts are for out entertainers, allies, or for any celeb that seems to have a following on AE). Dave Salmoni (above) turns 36, Tuc Watkins is 45, and Freddie Mercury would have been 65. Okay, time to name your top five Queen songs! Here are mine: 5. "I Want To Break Free" 4. "Another One Bites The Dust" 3. "Under Pressure" 2. "Radio GaGa" 1. "Flash"

  • Just a note that Monday is Labor Day in the U.S., and we'll be taking the day off (but we will have one fun post for you to peruse).
  • TNT has canceled the Jada Pinkett-Smith drama Hawthorne after three seasons. No doubt her publicity team will release a denial, and insist that everything is fine.
  • Season Three of The Good Wife premieres on Sunday, September 25th at 9 PM ET on CBS, and Entertainment Tonight has a preview.
  • Below you can see Kathy Griffin talk to Craig Ferguson about her new favorite target..

  • Below you can see Perez Hilton at the Los Angeles book signing of The Boy With Pink Hair.

  • Via Towleroad comes this news report about the mistrial of Brandon McInerney, and the faux concern about the victim's family from the killer.

  • Via Queerty comes this NSFW! (language) clip of Jason Priestly on the f/x show Call Me Fritz (which i've never heard of), playing a porn star who needs to give a pep talk to his equipment.

  • Finally, Happy Birthday to Beyonce, who turns 30 this weekend. Time to name your top five Beyonce songs! I have to admit that I'm not as big a fan as most of you probably are, but I'm sure I can come up with five: 5. "Check On It" 4. "Irreplaceable" 3. "Halo" 2. "If I Were A Boy" 1. "Sweet Dreams"

And today's Briefs are brought to you by...

Here's your caption pic for the week. Drop your caption ideas in the comments (And please remember to keep the captions PG-13!)
