AfterElton Briefs: "A Very Gaga Holiday," Who Is Booster Gold, and Adam Lambert Lays It "All On The Line"

The Broadway opening night of An Evening with Patti LuPone and Mandy Patinkin
- Happy Birthday to Billie Jean King, who turns 68, Mark Ruffalo is 44, Scarlett Johansson is 27, and Jamie Lee Curtis is 53. Time to name your top five Jamie Lee movies! Here are mine. 5. Terror Train, 4. A Fish Called Wanda, 3. Halloween, 2. The Fog, and 1. Prom Night, (which has the greatest horror movie song of all time).
- Sarah Silverman will star in a new NBC sitcom loosely based on her life, about "a woman readjusting to the single life after a decade-long live-in relationship."
- The faboo Ewan McGregor will film the HBO drama pilot The Corrections, playing the middle child of a troubled midwestern couple, "A Marxist academic who lost his tenure-track position over an affair with a student and now works for a Lithuanian crime boss defrauding American investors." How predictable.
- Starting on January 13th, you can see every last inch of Gaston in 3D.
- When Martha Stewart Taught Me How To Prepare Thanksgiving Dinner, by Jesse Tyler Ferguson.
- Adam Lambert will guest star on the December 9th episode of the Sundance Channel show All On The Line With Joe Zee, and EW.com caught up with him to chat about the show and his much-anticipated upcoming album. Included on his sophomore release is "Outlaws of Love," a ballad about same-sex marriage. “Love is such a beautiful thing. When you’re lucky enough to find love it’s one of the greatest feelings in the world. And the particular challenge for gay people, and particularly gay men, from my perspective, is [that] monogamy and true love works. Because we are brought up in a society that tells us it’s wrong.”

- TV Line has a blind item about an actor on The Walking Dead who may be walking away from the show.
- Out Greg Berlanti will exec. produce a live-action pilot for Syfy based on Booster Gold, "a washed-up athlete from the future who travels back to the present in hopes of becoming the greatest super hero of all time." Hmm ... Does anyone have Trevor Donovan on speed-dial?

- Lady Gaga will release A Very Gaga Holiday next week, and it will feature songs from Thursday's A Very Gaga Thanksgiving TV special, as well as standards such as "White Christmas."
