AfterElton Briefs: Ricky Martin Comes To "Glee," A "Project Runway: All-Stars" Preview, and Jim Parson's Broadway Bunny

• Happy Birthday to out Jonathan Knight (above), who turns 43. Time to name your top five New Kids On The Block songs! I was never a huge NKOTB fan, but a few of my favs were "Step By Step," "The Right Stuff," and my #1 "Tonight."

• Big Glee news! TV Line is reporting that Ricky Martin is in talks to guest-star as “the hottest Spanish teacher ever in the history of Ohio.” A singing Spanish teacher, of course. The episode will air in late January. I know Ryan Murphy said no more stunt casting, but ... it's Ricky Martin!

• Speaking of, TV Line also has a spoiler about what Sam will be up to when he returns to the show. Here's a hint - shirtlessness is involved.

• In other casting news, Daniel Radcliffe will star as Allen Ginsberg in Kill Your Darlings, alongside Chris Evans as Jack Kerouac and Ben Wishaw as Lucien Carr.

• In still more big casting news, Jim Parsons will star as Elwood P. Dowd in the Broadway run of Harvey. Jimmy Stewart played the role in the classic film version, about a man who befriends a six-foot rabbit that only he can see.

• This is one of the reasons why Barney Frank will be missed.

• ABC Family has renewed Pretty Little Liars for a third season, and in an impressive show of confidence, has ordered 24 episodes.

• The Doctor Who Christmas special will air on BBC America on ... Sunday, December 25th, because Jesus would have wanted it that way.

• EW.com has the first preview of Project Runway: All Stars, which doesn't have Heidi or Tim, but does have Mondo and Miss Piggy.
