One of the patches is called the "flamboyant pack," and ... you probably know where this is headed. The guys at Gay-Nerds have excised the sound effects, so take a listen and let us know what you think. I admit I cringed when I heard it, but a lot of the people leaving comments are willing to give the company the benefit of the doubt. Has anyone played this game? Is there any gay content?
