• Happy Birthday to Donna Summer, who turns 62 today. So how do you all feel about Donna? Whether true or not, the AIDS comments controversy has followed her for decades, and will always be a sad part of her legacy. What's your opinion of the Queen of Disco?

• The Times Square ball isn't the only thing dropping on Anderson Cooper The 2010 ratings for Anderson Cooper 360 were the lowest in the show's history.

• Annie Lennox has been bestowed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire, or OBE, for her work with charities fighting AIDS and poverty in Africa. Also given an MBE (Member of the British Empire) is Aslie Pitter, a founder of one of the UK's first gay football teams.

• Speaking of honors, Made in Brazil voters have named Mateus Verdelho the hottest Brazilian of the year for the second year in a row. You can see Mateus below, and is it just me, or does he bear a striking resemblance to Brad Goreski?

• Below you can see Cenk Uygar laugh in the face of GOProud's Chris Barron. Well, when it comes to GOProud it's either laugh or cry.

• Elton John has explained how he and David came up with the name Zachary for their son, and frankly, I'm a little disappointed. I was hoping it was Kiki Dee's great-grandfather or Bernie Taupin's imaginary friend, or something.

• Jane Lynch has offered up clues to the craziness that will ensue on Glee's post-Super Bowl show. Here's a hint - "I try to shoot one of my cheerleaders from a cannon."

• Finally, here's the final preview for the upcoming SyFy classic Mega-Python Vs. Gatoroid. This is my favorite clip, as it features Tiffany and her breasts (which seem to act independently of her body) over-emoting until she screeches her last line, plus a hot little cop twink in the background. I so cannot wait for this thing to air.
