Seth Rogen and Will Reiser on Cancer Jokes, Tearjerker Films and Joesph-Gordon Levitt's Sexy Bald Head

Seth Rogen and Will Reiser are friends. Best friends. So when Will told Seth that he was diagnosed with cancer they did what any other best friends would do: they made a movie about it.

Starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt as the cancer diagnosee Adam and Seth as his best bud Kyle, Will wrote 50/50, with a more humorous approach; making it different than the traditional "terminal illness" movie. Seth said that they wanted to "make a film that would be as funny, sad, and hopefully as honest as the experience as we went through."

That said, the movie (directed by Jonathan Levine) isn't an exact replica of what they went through -- it was just inspired by it. AfterElton.com had a chance to talk to Seth Rogen and Will Reiser about the comedic side of cancer, Joseph Gordon-Levitt's sexy bald head, and their favorite terminal illness movies.
