What i'm thankful for.I'm back in the fuckin' hizzie, homos. This thread will be pretty presumptuous. You all probably didn't notice me in the first place let alone remember, or missed me, but i'm writing it anyway dammit.I haven't been to AfterElton in about a month because i've been dealing with some um.......life stuff.I've missed this site so much. I've missed out on all of the great blogs, articles, forum topics, JBE's pictures that he changes every five minutes, but most of all I missed all of you.I especially missed Michael, Evan, GayTVluver, JBE, and Justinandrews, whose new picture of him lifting his shirt and showing off his six pack makes me have wet dreams about him, and want to catch the next flight to Boston to make out with him. Please tell me you have the Boston accent too because that would really do it for me.Yeah, he's a rediculously smokin' sexy regulation hottie.....like porn star hot. Those morning runs really paid off.I would totally hit that out of the park. I missed you guys putting in your two cents on my threads especially Evan and GayTVluver when they get in their activist mode.I missed JBE's words of wisdom.I haven't seen any of the new vlogs, except Queers for fears.I finally got to see Brian and his would-be husband, and loved it.They should make that a regular thing. Segue! We recently had an international gay film fest here in Chicago.I would have posted a new thread about it, but I didn't find out about it until the night before it started, and spent all of my money the day before, so I couldn't get tickets. The first night had what sounded like a good movie too......Shelter, a gay surfer movie. It had a party before the screening and Brad Rowe was there, but I missed it.I was as disappointed as when the gay games came here last summer, and I didn't go to that either. There was also some after party at a bar downtown where the cast of The L word was supposed to make an appearance.I missed that too.I miss all the good gay things in life because I have no money. I did, however, go to the circus this past Tuesday. That was fun......and kind of gay....ish.You're not off the hook though.I have a bunch of other stuff to start threads on.I literally have a list.Sometimes i'm doing something and a random thought just pops into my head, and I go "that would be a great topic to bring up".I can't wait to start bugging Michael, who is always insanely busy, to check out and comment on my inept forum topics again.Tomorrow i'm going to stay in bed and watch the Cold case marathon, a show i've become addicted to just recently, and stuff my face with food. So, what am I thankful for?I appreciate, and am thankful for AfterElton.com and all of you good people.I also wanted to say that since, as you can obviously tell, I have no active social life, I can honestly say there's no one I'd rather spend the holidays with than you guys. I did notice
Homoguy563 that you were not posting, I missed that wonderful avatar you have appearing in the comments. Really sorry to hear that you missed the gay games in Chicago, I watched in Vancouver in 1990 and it was a blast, one of my best summers. Hope your financial situation will improve soon to allow you to enjoy more of gay life in Chicago I heard it was a great city (one of these days I will get there). Had to laugh about your comments on Justin Andrews, you have lots of company if his webpage on MySpace is any indication.
Enjoy the Coldcase Marathon, all for now from snowy cold Toronto.
Cheers

Welcome Back
I thought you got bored and moved on. I didn't realize that you were having any difficulties. Whatever they are I hope there is a solution and you find it.
It's great to see you back. Watch what you eat; your health matters.
Since I can't seem to edit
my original comment (is it possible for a server to have too much turkey?), I will have to provide another one.
I hope you know Homoguy563 that you have friends on this website that you can talk to if you want a sympathetic ear. We have had a wide range of experiences and are willing to help out a fellow member of the GLBT community.
As for changing my avatar every 5 minutes, don't expect that pattern to change anytime soon, I have lots more in the hard drive (comes from having a mom and a partner that love to take pictures!).
Cheers
JBE
Glad you're back and sorry you had
