Counting the hours to see this one. Seems that this episode is a very heartfelt one, and knowing about Jantos kiss gives it and added punch.

I saw this last night on UK TV and it seemed to go on for *ages*.  It was almost the length of a 'Pinter pause'.  Hats off to the BBC for not being shy about screening it.

There is another kiss between Jack and Ianto coming up in Episode 5 lasting even longer. It is sfter Ianto has a breakdown.  According to Barrowman's new book the kiss lasted a lot longer and no one yelled cut until they both got tired.

How the male-male kisses on Torchwood are orders of magnitude hotter than the ones that manage to happen on US network TV. Last season's Jack/Jack kiss set a new standard for romantic (and lengthy) same-sex kisses. This season they seem to be shooting for pure hotness. It looks like they actually swapped spit!

saw the episode--i am just so impressed this season! wow. almost like a completely different show. the story was beautifully epic, and the jack/ianto kiss fit in nicely with the sweeping romance story.

Surely though there's going to actually be a bed scene?

In episode 6 Ianto talks about his relationship with Martha, which is quiet interesting, I won't say much else, don't want to spoil it for anyone!
