It gets clearer and clearer that American Idol gets more and more homophobic.  Simon may be actually be building a gay panic defense.  No openly gay man can ever win Americal Idol though it has been done in other countries.  What's up with David Noriega came across as totally gay on The Ellen Degenerous Show today and David Hernandez had his "gay scandal." Gone and gone.  They make it seem that being gay means being untalented.  I have my doubts about who tallies these votes.  Reality TV is hardly real.  All those inteviews they pre-tape really bother me.  I am sure they have them all pre-edited for each contestant but still it all seems too convenient that the gays go first.
